Bill Muhlenfeld is a serial entrepreneur with solid credentials for real estate development. Most recently he was the owner and publisher of Distinctly Montana Magazine. Bill has been a Montana resident for 20 years, and his past includes a Master's Degree in Public Administration, and his administrative and executive work in city planning and government in Illinois. Bill also formerly served on the board of the Livingston Chamber of Commerce.
Matt Faure is a principal at Faure Halvorsen Architects in Bozeman. Matt has planned and completed several real estate developments, as well as many state contracts and custom design-and-build projects. Matt's father was born in Livingston, and his roots go deep with regard to his reputation and his connection to the city.
